coping mechanism.

Get inside my brain.  Imagine I am in a room of pregnant woman who are being interviewed by an attractive and soft spoken reporter.


What do you do to cope with pregnancy related stress?


I do pregnancy pilates.


And ma'am, what do you do to cope with pregnancy related stress?


I seek out solitude and journal reflectively.


How about you over there on the right, how do you cope with pregnancy related stress?


I phone up my doula and practice breathing techniques and aromatherapy.


And Kaley, what do you do to cope with pregnancy related stress?


That's easy.  I eat french fries.
