Do any other new moms, or veteran moms for that matter, think to themselves...
"Good thing this baby is so cute, hopefully these strangers coming up to me will be too focused on him to notice my baby gut and the bags under my eyes!"

That's weird that Owen is strategically placed to hide every feature of my body...

I won't lie to you.  I often peruse my old photographs, reminiscing on the times when I was thin and tan.  It will happen again, only because I find being this flabby to be borderline embarrassing.  Until then, I will thrust my baby in front of me as the cute, wiggly distraction that he is.  Or I will wear him.  Even better...

I remember thinking "I am fat today" when this was taken.  Ha!
