cry. sleep. relax.

Sleep training is hard.  Before you're pregnant you think to yourself that you'll be the first to let your baby cry it out.  You'll tell them that it's the best way and they'll go "you're right" and then fall peacefully asleep.
All in all it's going pretty well.  Now I just have to wean him off of the pacifier.  I'm thinking he needs a little more fine motor control before I can do that.   He's already in a one arm swaddle.  I can't take every comfort from him at once.

But listening to your baby cry is like torture.  So last night Nick and I baked cookies while he cried it out.
